Can I bring my child?
Children in strollers, carriers, or similar devices are not permitted inside the facility.
Children must be old enough to safely participate in the gym environment, follow directions, and understand appropriate equipment use.
Children under 16 must remain within arm’s reach of their parent or legal guardian at all times.
Members aged 16–17 may work out independently but must have signed parental permission documented on their membership agreement.

Can I freeze my membership?
Yes. Freeze requests must be sent via email to Iron Asylum management. Gym access is deactivated during any freeze period. Please ask the staff for the appropriate email address to send your freeze request.
We have two freeze options available:
Military Freeze
No membership payment is required as long as a military deployment letter, orders, or other supporting documentation are provided with the freeze request. The duration of the freeze must be specified, otherwise membership payments will automatically resume after 9 months without a request for freeze extension. If no military documentation is provided, the Personal Freeze option will apply.
Personal Freeze (injury, travel, etc)
$10 monthly freeze payment ($5 biweekly)
The membership will automatically resume after 3 months.
How do I cancel my membership?
Cancellation requests must be sent via email to your respective location’s gym manager or by submitting the “Cancellation Request” form on our website. We do not accept cancellations over the phone or in person at any club.
Can I bring my pet or emotional support animal?
