Membership Policies
By using the Facilities, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:
General Etiquette
- Treat fellow members, staff, and guests with courtesy and respect.
- Be mindful of others' personal space and workout environment.
- Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
- Keep conversations and behavior appropriate for a shared fitness environment.
- Headphones should be used when listening to personal music or other audio.
- Be mindful of excessive yelling, screaming, or other disruptive noise.
- Maintain good hygiene at all times.
Equipment and Facility
- Return weights, dumbbells, plates, attachments, and other equipment to their designated locations after use.
- Members who repeatedly fail to re-rack their equipment may receive progressive warnings:
- First Warning: Member is reminded to always re-rack equipment.
- Second Warning: Member receives a formal warning that continued violations may result in further action.
- Continued Violations: After two warnings, continued failure to re-rack equipment may result in a discussion regarding membership termination.
- Use safety clips on barbells and maintain safety straps at appreciate heights.
- Do not leave loaded barbells or equipment on the floor when you are finished.
- Keep walkways, entrances, and designated access areas clear.
- Wipe down benches, machines, and other equipment after use.
- Brush chalk off bars and equipment when you are finished.
- Use chalk responsibly and clean up excessive chalk residue. NO LIQUID CHALK PERMITTED.
- Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment to staff rather than attempting repairs yourself.
- All equipment and machinery must be used strictly for its intended purpose.
Tripod/Photography Policy
- Tripods and personal recording are permitted as long as they do not interfere with other members' workouts, block walkways or equipment, or disrupt the gym environment. Staff members reserve the right to require members to move tripod equipment or discontinue filming entirely if disruptive behavior occurs.
- Photography or video recording must not be disruptive, intrusive, or annoying for other members.
- Do not intentionally record or photograph another member without their permission.
- Keep tripods, cameras, and other equipment out of walkways and areas where they may interfere with other members' workouts.
- Commercial or professional filming requires prior approval from gym management.
Children and Guests
- Children must have a membership or guest pass to enter the facility. Strollers/carriers are not permitted. The child must be old enough to safely perform exercises and follow rules given by the parent.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children and ensuring they follow all gym rules.
- Children under age 16 MUST remain within arm’s reach of the parent or guardian at all times. Children 16 and 17 are permitted to use the facility without parental supervision but parent signature is required for membership sign up.
- Guests must follow all facility policies and check-in requirements.
- Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests.
